Question by Pickle: What is the best brand lip plumper you've used? Also, are there any matte lip plumpers?
I don't mind the 'pain' of them, so don't think that's a problem.
Not trying to sound masochistic it just doesn't hurt that bad.
Which one actually works the best for you?
